Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Educators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As an educator and caregiver, you will play a crucial role in developing children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and structured learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes holistic development.
Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Keep the classroom clean (light housekeeping) and provide an age-appropriate environment.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build and maintain positive relationships.
Assess children's progress through observational methods to tailor learning experiences to individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and other relevant documentation.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
May require diaper changing, depending on the age group
Willing to work in a Christian environment, sharing in bible stories, simple prayers, and participating in all events.
Skills
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Desire to grow in this field
Experience working with children in childcare or preschool settings is essential.
Familiarity with curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children.
Understanding of early intervention techniques for children with diverse learning needs.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various learning styles and interests.
A compassionate approach towards child welfare and development.

What We’re Looking For:
Lead Preschool Teacher and an Assistant with a love for working with young children
Prefer experience in early childhood education, but passion for teaching is key
Must be comfortable with a 3-part interview process
Fingerprinting and background checks are required for all staff, along with CPR and First Aid training.
